hub hub, GTO and Nissan

I was trying to get the GTO 5 lug hub from Jspec.com, but it was sold out. But then the site was tellin to get rear hub from dealer or a junkyard, because they are "cheap."

Now, my question is aren't GTO 5 lug hub and S14 rear hubs are not identical? If not, how are they not identical?

What happens if I try to stick rear hub to front axle spindle.??

thank you, another newbie question....

For a S13, the S14 front hubs will not just fit right in. You need the knuckle and blah blah blah. Best way to go IMO is GTO front hubs and S14 rear hubs...since they are sold out look for some on ebay, classifieds and etc.. BTW, S14 rear hubs bolt right in for the s13 and will not fit the front.
