just got d2s and have a q

hey i jus bought a set of never used d2 coilovers for my s13 from a fellow 240er...i dont have instructions for adjusting and installation them anyone who has these can you help me out thanks? this will be my first coilover installation so forgive the newbness

update...installed them today went in without a problem i was lookin for help on adjusting them but i basically figured it out rides nice alittle bouncy have to adjust it and dial it in nice tomorrow
