So i just picked up the Sportlines and the AGX adjustables.... My old dust covers for my old sturts/schocks are rippd and pretty much done with.. are they necessary with the new setup? and if they are where can they be purchased Thanks

Yes / go to an auto parts store and get some generic ones (cheap) or OEM ones from the dealer (expensive).

Either way they're there to keep the surface of the piston rod and the piston rod seal clean and dirt-free. If sand and stuff gets in there, it can scratch the surface of the piston rod and/or damage the rod seal, which = shock leakage.

You don't want your new AGX shocks to leak prematurely, do you?
