opinions on coilovers

I have looked around and search on many kinds of coilovers. I kinda found out which coilovers I would be choosing for my 95 240sx. The thing is that I want something that's smooth and not that bumpy and great on turns. There's 3 coilovers that I'm interested but not sure if they run smooth on bumpy roads. The Tein HE, Tein Flex, and the JIC FTL A2. I know most people would recommend the JIC but I want to know if it's a good choice. I'm kinda new to the 240 scene. please help me out.

They're all good choices, but from what I can think of, the Teins are 16 way adjustable and about $1000+ a set, the JIC's are 5 way adjustable for about $750.
