Unhappy Help with rear brake problems!!!

ok..so i installed new brake pads and rotors for the back of my 95 240sx. the passenger side went on ok..i test drove it and i noticed it was scraping a little and thought that its probly because of the new pads...so i move on to installing the other side...i install the brake pads and rotors and went for another test drive.. this time was different..its almost as if my ebrake was pulled up while i was driving..it also kep on making sounds of scraping metal to metal sound...it was around night time so i just went back to sleep since i was tired..i wake up the next morning and i took off the rims on the driver side rear..i see that my rotors look like theyve been BURNED!!! so i was all " WTF?" the color of the rotor is kinda like those muffler tips with the burned effect..blueish and redish on the sides a little bit...so i was wondering if anyone would know how to fix this problem? i already bled both of the rear . maybe new shims are needed? slider pieces? please let me know. thx in advance

don't think it would be shims, they're usually there jsut for anti-squeak reasons, I've never touched the brakes on a 240 so I'm not sure what to tell ya, good luck though
