I just bought a set of 15' Volk Racing mesh 15 x 8, and the other two are SSR's 15 x 7.5. What size tire should I run?

I didn't want to start a new thread for my n00b question, so Ima highjack this one.

What offset would be ideal for a wheel in 16"x7"?
Because I can get ahold of some +25, but I am afraid they will be too deep, and get frogged out the side of my car. Opinions?

Well they're a medium offset wheel, I am calling the factory today (I have to buy factory direct for work) and last I heard, the wheels were a +25, but I don't know. I am going to get the exact offset today though, and I'l post that up. But what IS IDEAL for a 16x7 so I have something to compare it to.

If these are too deep. I'ma just give up and buy some +35 17x7's.

They are +15. I called them today. Will those be too deep do you think? I want them to be flush, but not so deep that they hang an inch off the side of my fenders, lol. Any help is great.
