S14 Rear Brake Upgrade Question

Hey guys, I'm a bit curious and I thought I should ask you guys before I go waste my money. I did my research but I couldnt find anything... So here I go.

I was planning on converting my rear S14LE Brakes to S14SE Brakes......(Problem) but I want to keep it 4-Lug.

Now to install the S14SE caliper's would I need to buy S14SE Rotor's and redrill them 4-Lug or would the S14SE caliper's still fit on the S14LE OEM Rotor's?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and as I said, I did do my research but I couldnt find anything so please be positive.

I guess I just want to be different... Everyone I know of that has an s14, try's to do the 5-lug conversion, so I thought to just stick to 4-lug and try and be different from most people out there.

I Just realized like a moron that the S14SE and S14LE caliper's are exactly the same, I guess I answered my own question but now I have another...

I know the 300zx rear brakes can fit an S14 but how would I hook up the E-Brake if I were to stick to 4-Lug Since (I was Told but not sure if true) 300zx Calipers connect to the E-Brake Cable diferently?
