Question Should I buy Kei Office TDII's???

Ok, here is my dilemma. I have been presented with the oppurtunity to purchase a used set of Kei Office TDII's for my 89 240 for a ridicuously low price of $800-$900 canadian. They are basically brand new with no scratches or leaks at all. I know your all asking right now, "So what's the issue??". Well, this car will be a daily driver for 6-7 months out of the year with occasional drifting (maybe 1-2 times a month if that). So are these a good choice for a street suspension or are they gonna knock my teeth out due to being too stiff? The springs are 8/7. I am basically ready to buy these but would like some input first. I really don't want to spend a whole lot more than that. I was looking at the d2's but can only find them for $12-1300 us. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

D2's have gone up in price ridicously(sp?).

I'm guessing you live in canada, so there will be a lot of snow in your parts? With the high spring rate, you will not like it during winter. You might find it to stiff for your liking, but some people don't mind.

Your choice!

The snow is the reason why it will only be driven for 7 months a year instead of all year. It will be parked in the winters. I think I will just go ahead and buy them. Both trucks I have owned have been severely lowered so I am used to the harshness of a lowered vehicle. Who knows, these might be perfect for me. Thanks for the response.
