shox/spring recomendation

hey i was looking at some tein s-tech/kyb gr2 set up value priced stuff but i dont know if they work well together or some tokico hp/eibach pro. i live in new york so in winter snow gets in the way and i dont want it to drop it too much and pot holes are a major problem so i dont want to blow the suspension ether. do u guys recomed ne of those or have some thing else in mind i want some thing stiff and not drop more that 2 inch.
