Plug and play. Thing is. You have to loose your seat belts. Who needs them anyway??
Just incase you were wondering you install the S14s in their place. Get rid of the controllers and the rails and all that garbage.

You are going to be removing your S13 powered seatbelts and throwing them in the garbage.
You replace them with S14 seatbelts.
They are mint.
I will take some pics when I get my car back before we remove the bar.
