springs or ground control kit?
springs or ground control kit?
hi I am just searching for idea about what should I get about the spring? should I just get lowering spring like tein S tech and eibach sportline or should I get ground control kit with coilover sleves and Eibach ERS spring. I know there is a hugh price difference but is the ground control kit that much better?
any recommandation for shocks selection are welcome

Right, because sleeves aren't real coilovers, just like your factory setup isn't a real coilover...
Konis & Ground controls will be better then 95% of the "real" coilovers that are sold for these cars.
But, if you're not going to be racing the car, I'd go with a set of Konis and your choice of moderate lowering spring.
Skip the AGX, they don't last very long.

does anybody know the ideal spring rate for each brand of shocks. I know the stock spring is around 121lb/in and the tokico shock has a ideal range of 150-160lb/in. so tein is already too hard for tokico I think

true, if you consider stock springs aggressive.

AGX with stocks last also, but who'd want to go halfway?

sweet thanks for the info. I think I am going for GR2 plus s tech since they are pretty cheap on ebay. then I am going to save for sway bar or LSD

I dont' really care about lowering it. I am not going on track either. just that my shock is 14 years old and I decided to change it now. but all my friends give me different opinion and confuse me hella. and the main point is. I am hella broke but still want something better than stock
