Switching from 4 Lug to 5 Lug

What all is required to switch a 98 240 into a 5 lug from a 4 lug? I already have a 5 lug wheel and a 5 lug brake kit, so what else is required?

Try local junkyards, a Nissan dealer, or www.car-part.com
