tien basic vs. ground control?

I am having trouble deciding between the Tien basic's or ground controls with koni's. I am looking for something that i can mostly get a good ride with. not really looking for high performance .. just a little aggressive driving on the weekends .. any comments or suggestions?

I'd rather go Tein, not to much of a fan of GC's

One, its not a coilover...just a coilover sleeve.
Two, They take to much of a modification to the strut/bumpstop to properly fit(not 100% on the bumpstop).
Three, I have heard the ride is a little to...bumpy.

yeah you go with GC's and you'll have to permanently mod your shocks (unless you're a master welder or something) because you have to chop the lower spring seat up front... if you go with Teins not only do you get a real coilover (as opposed to a sleeve, like Jynx said) but installation is so much easier too - take off the whole old stuff, bolt in the whole new stuff.

I've ridden in cars with Basics and they feel fine for your purpose... if you get a bored driving maybe go one step up to Super Streets, so you can play with dampening and get them perfect for daily

tseriously the basics are weak. the GC will be better overall, they are not meant to slam your car but will provide ajustablity that you need. again get the Ksport over the basic.

I'd go for the Super Streets for the "all-in-one" package that gives you height and dampening adjustments together
