The Sumitomo HTR+ is YOUR best bet. I KNOW You did not have that as a choice
Yet That will outperform Any of the ABOVE. IF you are running 15's, then 200's it is.

For what your Asking, they do. IF you are in So Cal, then You want as much stick as you can for the heat, yet cut for the Rain slick road. In Nor Cal, bay area, the Humidity comes into play and the Sumi's will cut to find grab on the cement streets.
In Sac and North, the dry roads with all the small rocks will chew the Toyo's up. NOW, they ARE an Excellent tire, yet when you can match or better the traction and moving grip for DOLLARS less...
Go Look at BOTH in person... AND feel the rubber at the shoulders and center..

They ARE.. I have them on my Show/Track Car and would do not better with Yoko's...
I can VOUGE to the sticky... It took me 12.4 Hrs to go from Stockton, Cal to Marysville WA.. This was with stopping for gas AND 2 10 min. breaks. I kept between 70 and 75 even on turns..
Thats How I did the time.. The Tires worked the WHOLE suspension just great..
