hey guys i was wondering....my dad has a 300zx turbo that has been sitting behind our shop,and we got to talking and i told him i had plans of buying a t-70 top mount turbo kit this summer. well he told me i could have the turbo off of the 300zx if i wanted it. aside from the turbo on the 300 can i use the same downpipe and stuff? has anyone done this before that can help me out and tell what i need to look out for/ do?

you can't use the downpipe because it has two openings plummed into the downpipe, and it may not fit.

 

on ebay i can get a t70 turbo kit for 610 shipped would it be worth it to buy that or use the 300zx turbo and buy the parts i will need?what kind of turbo is on a 89 300zx?

 

don't buy that ebay stuff. it's not what you think it is.

 

Dont make a HUGE investment on E-bay. However I did got my AEM intake for 110 and that turned out fine
