My boy is looking to piece together a turbo for his KA. He just wants the stuff he NEEDS for right now. I am not all that familar with the whole process so I want to make sure I got everything. He was just going to jump in and start buying **** off ebay until I talked him out of it. I told him to make a list of everything he needs first. Here is the list so far:
Turbo (obivously)
Exhaust manifold
internal/external wastegate
downpipe
Fuel Pump
FMU
and all the hoses and oil lines.

Is there anything else that is needed or not needed? Thanks in advance.

it would be a good idea to get atleast a sidemount intercooler from a turbo SR or saab or sumthin.
tell him to get one of japandy's BOV's

 

There is a nice kit you can get to turbo the KA24, do a search on yahoo.com you'll find it there, I have it booked marked on my PC at home but I'm not in the states at the moment...
