What basic bolt-ons are removed once a turbo is on

What basic bolt-ons are removed once a turbo is on
I was thinking of doing the basic bolt-on mods first before I jump into a turbo kit. Since I know next to nothing about turbocharging, what basic bolt-ons will be useless or need to be replaced/modified once a turbo kit is added (CAI, headers, exhaust, pullies, etc.)?
