lol, interesting
i've heard of people doing so, but you'll only be able to run 7 psi, and run the risk
basic rebuild is 500, runs up to 4K for the engine alone.
Ca18det might be a solution for you.

i think im gonna stick with the kade, I was looking at the fmax stage one, Car is gonna be a daily driver, plus there really aint any place to race round here. I've heard nuttin but good things about the fmax, i did see it said it was only for 96 and up it should fit on my 91 right.

doesnt anyone in america drive their cars? :P
personally my car has 265,000kms (164k miles) on the clock and its getting the turbo treatment. no point spending cash on rebuilding the engine if there is nothing wrong with it. high mileage means nothing if the car has been looked after.

Keep in mind...
Keep in mind the internals of engine can only withstand single digit PSI. Decent 220 HP or so using F-Max's stageI.
But i bet after you drop that, the need for speed begins. In that case get forged internals drop the stock compression to 8.5:1, proper fuel management systems and your on!!
