im not looking for the basic things for hp gain, i am looking to upgrade the engine internals and i am looking for suggestions.

well there isnt much to an engine to really ask bot upgrading and if you are getting into that you should know more.. like what you need to upgrade on your own

It's not a simple answer, depends on the turbo, smic or FMIC, setup . . etc.
But generally speaking 180-210 hp for 8psi on a KAT.

Depends on what you want. .

first place is compression test!

you're gonna need some $$ for like FMIC, walbro, etc. And if you're gonna be boosting you might wanna look into 300zx brake swap, and make sure your suspension is good.

Compression test and go from there, what you're gonna do depends on the HP you want, and what you want it for

I'd like to get at least 350hp outta it if i could. What parts would you recommand for that?
