Intercooler clearance
#3
okay, do you want me to be more specific...
Regarding anyone who is running a FMIC on a 1991-1994 front USDM 240sx bumper. I am currently looking to buy a 1991-1994 bumper, but i also don't want it to interfere with my plans of a front mount. If needed, how much trimming is necessary to allow the intercooler to run efficiently. Thank you for all your information. Sincerely,
Anthony
Does that make you happy?

Yes you have to trim the front. But you dont have to trim it where it looks like ****. You will still have all your factory lines and support. All the places you have to trim are wasted urethane anyways. Meaning you will be cutting **** you dont see anyways. You just have to cut a little and test fit and repeat process until your happy with how it looks.
