Aside from my own research, I’m looking for real life suggestion for my intercooler and piping setup. I need a setup to accommodate my 1991 s13 w/ ca18det with stock t25 turbo with the possible upgrade to a t28 once the cash flow allows.

From my research, I’m leaning towards a bar and fin construction intercooler with a core length 22”x5.5”x2.5” with 2.5” piping.

This is my first turbo setup, so I really don’t know much other than what I’ve read. So any help, tips, do’s and don’ts…and even some pictures will be appreciated.

ebizle fmic, from what ive heard it does its job and is cheap.

 

you can probably find a new greddy intercooler kit on ebay for about 400 but for a s13 w/ sr20. it might bolt up fine or w/ little mod.
