ka turbo kit

does anyone either have a turbo ka (would you recommend the kit you have, or a different one?) or does anyone know where a turbo could be found? ive found a greddy kit, but it doesnt include intercooler. i read on another forum about a garrett turbo...does anyone know anything about these?

thanks in advance

http://www.advancedimports.com/xsen9524tuki.html was the cheapest I could find the XS kit for. Has the FMIC, and I believe the T3 is a garret ball bearing hybrid. Seems like this kit is basically complete, w/o a blow-off, and a turbo back.

the one that s13 240 posted is the nsport kit, i personally know a guy who has it, he likes everything about it except it uses an internal wastegate, which might or might not be of issue to you...it is a complete kit and gets around 240RWHP on 8-9lbs boost...the Greddy kit is actually a better quality kit, it has a better fuel management system, and so-on, the only downside, like you said, is that it doesnt come with an IC, but that isnt too big of a prob...

I've seen the Greddy kit go for right around $2800-$2900. Add the FMIC which doesn't come with it and you've got a kit that costs right around the same amount as most other kits available for the KA. Plus with the TD06 that comes with the Greddy kit, you'll be able to put down more power over the long haul. Greddy provides the fuel rail and everything for their kit. I'd go with the Greddy.

Well the person who started the thread owns a 96 240, so it should work with his situation. Or were you talking about someone else?
