I'd stay away from an SSA turbo... they're manifolds are supposedly alright but I wouldn't go past that

I read SSA's manifolds crack... and I've been reading that for awhile now... supposedly the reason why they have their warranty now is because so many people were having problems with cracking and were letting everyone know about it... hopefully they got the quality up - $1300 is a real good price at first glance.
I'mma wait til Vinnie looks at this one before I comment anymore. LOL

Yea I've heard that the newer SSA manifolds hold much better than the old ones tho... I've also heard a few horror stories about the SSA turbos, I'll try to find some of them

All stainless steel headers CRACK. If you guys read up on your metals, stainless steal expands really fast in high heats. The welds can crack from either using different beading other than stainless steel, or just applying a stainless steel beed that is too thin. Inevitably it will crack.
Atleast SSautochrome had gotten smart to warrantee there work, they would be out of business if they didn't.....
Not to go off topic but Greddy has redesigned there header and it will be o.e approved for s14's OBD2. It was taken off the market because of the number of complaints it recieved for having the welds crack, it was stainless steel also........
