KA24ET or KA24DET

well I have a KA24E right now under my hood and it has 145000 miles on it. And my question is that should I swap a newer KA24DE first before I add the turbo or should I just turbo my KA24E. Which one is more boosting friendly? I know KA24E has lower compression but would KA24DE has better head design?

if you want to make more power, and have more aftermarket support, go with ka24de.. you would have to rebuild your motor, obviously if you went turbo. just search.
