My turbo manifold is loose is this norm??

i took my turbo manifold off to check why i was able to move the turbo with my hand and when i took it off i discovered that the top portion of my turbo manifold is loose, there are some sort of plates holding on to the screws in place. It doesnt make any sence to me why it would have any play thanx for ur help

It shouldn't have any play at all.

Tighten those bolts..and make sure use Grade 10's. Turbo's get way too hot for stock bolts.

you can also use a lock tite if you need to. make sure its rated to high temps
