you need a new EMS. you cant control that big of injectors with a piggy-back system. get and Apexi Power FC, those are great.

Your gonna have some good power, but what do you have on your bottom end?? you might break 400, and if you do you need to strengthen that **** up. what other mods do you have? there is no way no give a good estimation if you dont tell us what other stuff is on your engine.

walboro pump.
3" all the way.
zmaf.
from what i hear you can run up to 660cc on a SAFC.
i am running a completely stock head but before i turn the boost up im going to add new springs retainers and a metal gasket.
im still not sure on how much boost i can run with this turbo on the stock bottom end, but 350+ whp is what im trying to achieve.
eventually ill have to decide between building it, or swapping a 1jz in there.
other than a bigger pan, is there any good upgrades to make to the oiling system?
or the ignition?
thanks.

If you get a power fc be sure to buy the d-jetro kit and get that maf out of there.

instead of buying the power FC save the money and put a Daughter board in your ecu and tune it that way. Then with the money saved from the Power FC put a set of cams and an ebay intake on it. Should be able to hit your goal no problems then. As long as you have the suporting mods. You will catch hell with just an AFC to try and get it running properly.

SAFC don't handle injectors over 550cc's

also the ssac manifolds are fine bro. these are second gen manifolds. my current manifold has been used since Aug 06 no issues at all due to the new bracing also i welded a few sections that i thought needed help.

like someone said Power FC or maybe a romtune like Bikirom is something you should look for. the last thing you want to do is skimp on Fuel also. bigger oil pan is not really needed. if you add and oil cooler, that will increase the amount of oil that you can add slightly.

instead of spending the money on the BIKI rom board you may want to look into Calum boards on the PLMS boards

i don't need any of that jazz. lol for what i do with my car. my hp levels dont need to be high... safc is good with me. and 550 is the highest i need to go

yea bikirom is kinda up there, but guys from KA-t.org are putting down power with the setups. just an option.

i would not run a vacuum cleaner through an ssac topmount...the bottom mounts are fine, but i would not take my chances with a toppy...if you want 400 hp, your parts should reflect the fact that you want 400 hp

I agree with you about BIKI rom, and I was not trying to argue so please do not take it that way incase you did. The reason I stated that is that he appears to be trying to do this on a tight buget.

not at all bro... lol.

trust me man, im all about keeping cost down and getting a good build, you will find out, i don't believe in spending useless money. i got so much shiet from peers becuase i used and half xs power kit/self built kit, yet my car was faster and lasted much longer than buddies with the high dollar kit because building the kit builds your knowledge and you really learn how to maintain it.

im cool, sorry if my words seemed directed toward you..... only peace lol
