With proper air and fuel management, all you need to get 350 rwhp is a good, fresh KA and a basic turbo kit. Dennis here in ATL is getting 350 rwhp @ 15psi with a T3/T04e. You just need to make sure that your AF ratios are in tact.

That is true, proper fuel management is crucial to get optimal results. With a well tuned e manage, u should be able to squeeze a good amount of power out of that KA. I dont, however, recommend boosting 15lbs on a stock KA. The most I would push it is to 12lbs.
We have similar goals. I want to reach 300hp at no more than 12 on a stock bottom end. You want to go a bit higher than that so I reccommend that you change the pistons. The rods should hold but If you have the money, be smart and change those too.

As far as what else you'll need, I'll send u a pm with my list and the few changes you might need to make to get the additional 25-50hp over my goals.

Will

awesome! thanks guys, ok, now, if i get the rods polished and weighed (so they all way the same) get forged pistons, moly rings, complet block work including triple hone the cylinders, and have the crank balanced and the oil feeders teardropped (i forget what thats called) is that a good start?, plus a thick steel head gasket? and what should i do to the head besides a valve grind and deck? and will i be able, w/ all that stuff, to hanld the 350rwhp and stiil drive daily?

That is more than enough to safely and reliably handle 350hp in daily commuting provided that u dont beat up/abuse on the engine all day/everyday.
