Sup guys, My friend just put his new Bronco on the road and he had a 86 LeBaron he used untill he got the bronco working, the LeBaron has a 2.2L Engin with a turbo kit on it, he said I can have whatever off the car and I was wondering if I could some how convert it to fit on to my 91 240sx fastback?

Is it a V6? RWD? I4? I6?

It will be tough to put it in a 240...but possible. Is it worth it? Most likely not

 

The LeBaron is a 4 cylinder FWD and 240 SX is a 2.4L 4 cylinder RWD, but i dont know if it would be worth it, but i can get anything off the car for free and its just a thought

any other suggestions?

hahahah thats funny you ask that cause i have an 86 lebaron turbo car for a daily driver, till i found out how cheap it was to fix up and make somewhat quick. i wanna take it to the street races and beat up on some other cars with it for fun and then just embaress them with the 240.

( edit) those come with a stock t3 turbo but no ic, but the turbo would be good if it was free cause you could go to t3t4 later and would still bolt up with minor mods. i am going to put the t3t4 on the baron when the 240 gets a t4


and no i wouldnt put that in a 240. anything is possible but i still wouldnt do it.

 

yea, im thinking we might tweak the LeBaron a little and wear some helmets and flip it a few times....LOL, by the way, I left my sunroof cracked last night at the movies and it rained, any way to get the nasty smell out quick before a date tonight? Kinda off topic but funny
