Yes it's possibal to S/C a 240 but no one has that I know of, I was already thinking of how to do it i've figured out most of it but funds are tight, so it probably wont happen for a while.

It's been done. Some guy on the NICO forums a while ago S/Ced his Hardbody. He used the supercharger off a MkI MR-2 off the 4AG-ZE.

I found that guy on NICO last night, I think he used a S/C that was too big. i read most of it but i kinda just skimmed through it, i thought i read that he used a M90 (eaton) but i'm not sure. i was thinking of somthing smaller like a M62.

M90- is for a 3L to 5.7L engines. http://www.capa.com.au/eaton_m90data.htm

M62- is for 2L to 4L engines.

u need one of these uf ur gonna do it i suppose u make a costum braket sit it where the battery is parallel to the crank pulley hook it up and the trottle body is right there. superchargers u cant change the boost u can only change pulley and maybe change the compressor but i wouldnt supercharge it( i think u cant change boost)ne way stick with japanese.
japanese cars go with turbos american cars go with super chargers, i consider superchargers an american muscle thing

well people actually make turbo kits and turbo accessories for the KA.... So naturally turbo would be cheaper

To supercharge ur KA, u would have to do alot of custom work... and custom work= lots of $Moola$

1. centrifugal superchargers make peak boost at redline.

2. "roots" style superchargers such as the eaton M45 makes it's peak boost at 1500rpm and hold's it to your redline.

3. the way that "bedbull" from nico set up his S/C is just about the best way that you can set it up to run on a KA.

if you dont think that it's possible her is a couple of link's:

http://www.rr-racing.com/Project.htm

http://www.precisionracingonline.com..._kit_main.html

i like the 2nd one better, i don't like the "driveshaft" on the first one.

Also he is a pick of the BMW Mini Copper S engine that the Eaton M45 comes on:
