Possible bolt on factory turbo manifold for ka24e?
ca18et turbo manifold pics
Go to the tech pages and turbo replacement section; on that page are pics of the turbo manifold.
I saw one in the junkyard the other day and was thinking that the port spacing on the ca18et looks VERY close to the ka24e port spacing.
Anybody else see what I mean? This might be a cheap way to turbo a ka24e, if it does actually line up. I guess the thing for me to do is pull that manifold in the junkyard and see if it will line up with a ka-e exhaust manifold. If so, I know what I'm gonna do!

The fact that I have more tools and supplies than money makes the ca18et manifold worth making port plates so that I can use it. I saw the Z18et manifolds while searching, and the reason they fit is because of the Z/KA is very close to the same. Z and KA24E were based off of the old L-series engines.
