If you wanted 400hp, I would go with the hks gt3037s like ssssly said. What you give up in low end power you gain in top and mid range power.
P.s. The 3037 is a very highly recommended turbo for the sr22 stroker kit! If you were thinking of stroking it (ha ha), this turbo would be ideal!
