What do I need for 14 psi?

14psi is fine with the stock T25. You won't have any problems. Above 15lbs and you should do it only for "special" occasions.
But as far as efficiency goes, the T25 runs out of gas at around 17lbs, depending on age of turbo and usage. To run 14lbs. all you would need is a FMIC to be on the safe side, injectors will be fine at this level. Depending on the outside ambient temp. i.e. a cool winter's night, a SMIC will handle 14lbs too. Also, make sure your BOV has the proper spring to handle the boost. I found that at 14-15lbs with my SMIC, my BOV was "floating" open a bit, causing the car to sputter under WOT.

For a hr...It all matters on how hard you are pushing it. Like daily driving for a hour at 15 shouldnt hurt it...But if your pushing the sh*t out of it you might wanna really look out. Remember, the stock turbo can handle 15-16psi MAX.
hey i got a spec stage 3 clutch 4puck for my car i put it in about a month a go and i broke it in for 408 miles before i really got on it on now if ****#$% slips and that sucks its brand new is that normal it shouldnt be
that doesn't sound right. any kind of aftermarket clutch like that shouldn't slip too much. you probably glazed it too early. just drive it around normally for a little while and see if the sloppiness clears up.
btw, the only thing you should be worried about with running 12+ boost is the stock fuel pump. our cars are getting old and the fuel pumps aren't going to be able to handle the demand of certain applications, like say WOT at 14 PSI. Which reminds me...I need to get a new fuel pump

As for the clutch, if it really is slipping bad, then the clutch disc is shot and will need to be replaced. It will be fine when you first start the car up and drive, but once it gets hot it will start to slip again.
