will the pressure plate still be good or is it shot, if so where can i get a spec stage 2 disk only and thrust bearing

 

Well check the pressure plate to be sure. But at that low a mileage I don't think there will be anything wrong with it. For replacement parts, talk to the place where you got the clutch from. I know Heavy Throttle sells Spec's, as does Enjuku Racing. Talk to them directly and see if they can get you the clutch disc and TOB.
