Oil lines, BOV, wastegate if the turbo isn't internally wastegated(get a Tial one, don't buy a deltagate), either side-mount or front mount IC, downpipe, free flowing exhaust all the way back, fuel management of some sort, upgraded fuel pump, an oil cooler wouldn't be a bad idea. depending on how much boost you are planning to run and how much power you want to make, get pistons, rods, rings, ARP bolts....etc etc. and bigger fuel injectors. I think that is most of the stuff, but I am not an expert on turbo's, just done alot of research. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong or missed anything.

KA-T sounds good to me. I think the top end of the motor should be upgraded but I think the stock Crank should be stout enough to hold boost.

I think you will also need some water lines for the turbo also

I think you can just get some braided stainless steel lines, and have AN fittings put on them in the lengths you need. Check what kind of fittings you need, then head to a local machine shop or auto parts store or something. The difference between TiAl and Deltagate are just brands. There have been lots of problems with Deltagates leaking under boost, but if you are not going to run much, you should be fine. If you up the boost, you should look into getting a TiAl.

an oil cooler is not necessary unless you're pushing some high numbers. in fact, an oil cooler would have some negative effects as oil is efficient only at a specific temperature. for 5-10psi, you can do without bigger injectors. you can use the stock injectors with a FMU. good if you're on a tight budget.

jgstools.com/turbo or atpturbo.com for the oil lines. water lines aren't necessary. just run some high quality synthetic oil like redline.
