hm... Is it a map or direction for the mountain run?(just wondering) I heard some other clubs did a mountain run(6's club), Are we going to do it? But there is always a problem with the moutain run! Everyone want to speed up at the coner to show their skills which not everyone can handle that!

From the looks of it, it'll prob be a relaxed run, somewhat spirited by within the limits of everyone, you know. At least I'm hopeing it'd be like that. Don't really want people showing off, cause its not the time to do that, especially with a bunch of people that would take on the run.

As Artic said, its going to be pretty relaxed but spirited as well. I don't know which of us is the most experienced with this...but if we are ganna take the run I posted in my first post(which is a nice run) I wouldn't mind leading and setting the pace. Know your limits...and do not exceed them. A sunday morning sound good to you guys?

What days are less transitted? And yeah, having someone experience would be best as leader. Since you know the course, you should lead the pack and set the pace Hyjynx. Also, this run would others to gain experience and learn how to handle their car better. So yeah, just don't experiment out there on the road, a few of the ones listed are pretty treacherous.

Azusa cyn is easy compared to GMR... we usually take newbs through Azusa first to go the back way to GMR, and believe it or not a few have curbed it or crashed already, let alone trying for GMR... GMR is pretty rough and unpredictable at times (dusty 180 turns, off camber, no guard rails except an asphalt bank at the edge of the road which looks more like a jump ramp... and the last 3rd of GMR is the one that eats up cars and kills people... also, I've only been to Angeles Crest once and I counted 5 cop cars

heard there's UC's on Azusa every once in awhile now too... if you want to do some meets, there's places way up in GMR, but I suggest any night other than Fri/Sat/Sun because of ol' Smokey patrollin

Sunday morning guys...I took Angeles Crest and counted....no cops. (I'm thinking head out 9am SHARP) I'm ganna take this exact route again later this month(hopefully with more Miata's) so I will know it even better. A nice Sunday morning(9am)in July sound good for you guys? We can also do a run over at GMR/Azusa canyon.

When you go on your run again, count for cops again. And yeah, sunday morning sounds good. I need new suspension though. Hey Raine, if I get my AGX's, care to help me install them?
