Hey Guys - I just bought a Giordon T686AS alarm system for my 89 240sx and i am trying to install it myself and i cant seem to figure out where some of this stuff goes. If anyone has got one on there car could u show pics or just explain. I have already tried searching for a diagram and cant find one. Thanks

You need a multimeter to find out what wires to tap in to. So if you know nothing about electricity I would suggest you take your car to a shop and have in done professionally

If I could do tables this wouldn't be so hard:

(type / wire colors / location of wire)
12 volt constant / white (+) / ignition switch harness
starter / black/white (+) / ignition switch harness
starter 2 / black/yellow (+) / ignition switch harness
ignition / black/red (+) / ignition switch harness
accessory / blue (+) / ignition switch harness
parking lights / red/blue (+) / back of dimmer switch
power lock / orange/black / in drivers kick panel; power unlock same wire
door trigger / red/white (-) / courtesy light
domelight supervision / n/a / use door
horn / green/white (-) / steering column harness
tach / yellow/red / ecm, in passenger kick panel
brake / red/green (+) / switch above brake pedal

If that makes no sense to you, then I also recommend you get a pro to install it.
