Looking to buy

Looking to buy the Alpine CDA-7998, some Infinity Kappa 4x6's, and two audiobhan 12's plus audiobhan amps. Anyone know how good these compoints are and what are their down falls. I just basically want to know how good these products are.

Audio bahns are not typically highly thought of to be honest. They are more known for the glitz and glamour and not performance!

Infinity Kappa Perfects are awesome !! I have been a custom ar audio installer for 12 yrs now and these are great speakers !! I agree with the Audiobahn comments, but the Flame Q series is nice and power hungry....the HCCA amps especially the 1300 hct is a monster and very clean in power ratings.

You do know that a 5 1/4 component set will fit nicely in the doors and in about 4 hrs of work a nice 6 1/2 can be installed in the rear pillars as well....I have done it myself !!

PEACE...........DOMER OUT !

6 1/2" speakers can fit in the door too with a new mounting plate, but the speakers need to be under 2" mounting depth.

To be honest its definitely a plus to use the 6 1/2 components in the front. Your rear speakers leave them stock. The bass will drown out the rear stage also. They have a nice set of CDT components in zeb.com they are the 62-HED I believe for $199.00 and they are the slim versions I believe. I would not suggest 4x6 the mid bass is to weak I 've done it before in my current car and I switched it quickly.
