s13 head unit fuse/power problem

My stock head unit wasn't working, so i pulled it and chunked it thinking it was just broken (like half the crap in/on my car). i then took the cd player from my old car (which i know works and has a good fuse) and got the apropriate wiring harness adapter from the store. i wired it up correctly, and upon reconnecting the negative terminal on the batery, found that there's no power going to this head unit either. I know there's got to be a fuse for the radio, probably on the interior driver's kickpanel fuse box, but for some reason the sticker on the inside of the kickpanel that shows you where the fuses go is missing/ripped out. Can someone tell me where the fuse for the head unit is located? if it's on the interior fuse box, just just tell me if it's left or right, and how many down from the top it is.

Thanks for any help guys, i appriciate it,

Paul~
