My speedometer lights don't turn on at all. And when i put my headlights on the clock light light shuts off. Does anybody know what is going on with my car. BTW it is a 93 nissan 240sx.

 

you might have blown a fuse... check them... if no fuse is blown then try replacing the bulb...

 

I had the same problem in mine when I first bought it. Turns out the board that holds the speedo and stuff was burned out. Take out the cluster, its real easy to get to and get out, and look at the back of it and see if it's burned out or if you change out the bulb

 

definitely check the fuses, thats usually the main problem, as for your clock turning off when you flip on the headlights, thats normal, the power given to the headlights is the power the is taken away from the clock, ...sometimes you gotta give a little to get alot
