I tried chaning the fuse, but every time I did the fuse just sparked and blew right away. Any ideas ? Also my brake light is permanently on, anybody else have this problemor know how to fix it ? I have a '92 240.

sounds like you have a short to ground somewhere......ideally you need a wiring schematic of that particular system, but you could take a DMM and check the impedance, the thing i'm wondering is how is your brake light on while your tail lights are not.....you've got alot of wires to trace, i'd definitely check for lines that are pinched against the metal chassis.
