What other Nissan radios work in our cars?

I'm looking at getting a nissan stock tape/cd radio. Does the Altima radio work with our harnesses? This is my low budget upgrade.

What year Altima? if it is 94' and lower yes. If it is not get a harness for your car and a reverse harness for the altima.

i know a 300zx tape deck would work perfectly, Awhile ago i upgraded my system and when we pulled it out it said all over it from a 300 zx.

I think the 91-96 Infiniti G20 shares the same non-bose audio system components as the 240sx.
