Hey phantom, which way are your subs firing? The only way I could get my 12 to fit is by firing it straight up.

And soulstrong, pics man! We're impatient around here!

Mine fired foreward. It was a sealed box as well. I bought the box from a local shop (which I now work at, lol) and its meant for hatchbacks. The rear is straight, and the front has a slant to it, to reduce its height. It was meant to fit in mustangs as well, so its like 13" tall.

On a side note, I won an eBay bid for an amp identical to the one I have now, so Im going with 2 amps and 2 15s. ROFL. Loud 240s ftmfw.

those are in the back... yeah i would show the bracket they were in but i dont have tools... and im lazy i think all i need is a phillips driver right

anyway i only owned this car for 2 weeks and im finding alot of new stuff... like i had 1 busted front speaker on the passenger side and no speaker on driver side.. weird.... and they look like 6.5s or maybe 5.25 not sure...

btw my car has its own myspace.. (i was bored) well free to become its friend and see progress that i do.

on a side note i think everyone should make a car myspace i know there car domain... but i think myspace is a bit better for holding friends and messages you can start a 240sx club on myspace.. only car myspaces hahahahha

No.

Its not that I dont wanna show you, but ive since sold the subs and box, and have no pics of it in the car. I do, however have some pics of it out of the car, and a pure SPL box I built for a speaker I played with for a while. 4 cubic feet internal volume, 10.5"x4" slot port, tuned to 30hz.

Doesnt show well in this pic, but the front is slanted. That way the front baffle is "taller" without increasing box height. On a side note, that big amp on the box, Im getting a second one... muhuhahaha. 1800w RMS (constant power) in a 240 with 2 15s is gonna be loud!

This is my SPL wh0re. It got incredibly loud for a 12 in this box... but it sounded awful (not for daily driver listening, competition only).

And dont say anything about this pic, my car wsa undergoing some great changes outside, and was re-doing the interior. So its UBER ugly... and I handt yet put carpet on teh boxzor.

loaded with the sub, its only a mere 80lbs... rofl.

I built the box exactly to s13 hatch specs. fits within .5" width wise, and a couple inches from the strut towers.
