going to the track tonight need help

well tonight im going to the drags.... sad thing is my car is an auto matic....my 60's last weekend were 2.8's(ouch) can anyone help me on how to properly launch my car? i belive my stall is at like 2k... other than my 60's and et's everything was good, consistant .115 reaction time( guess thats good)

well i went to the track did better than i thought i would, my best time of the night was a 16.8 @ 81mph, with a 2.5 60', i guess thats not to bad were at 1400 elevation..
