Desoto First Drift event, "sliding under the lights" (central fl)
1. Safety
Helmet, long pants, and long sleeves...
functional seat belts, secured seat. ect....
A good ABC fire extinguisher within arms reach.
2. Tech
road worthy car, for those of you that need clarification.
No leaks(oil, coolant, brake fluid, trans fluid, blinker flui.....)
No loose suspension components, functional brakes.
secured battery, decent tires.....P.M. me for details...
If you have (NOPI, Formula D spec)Roll cage, fire suit, and snell approved helmet, including the requirments listed above you can do tandem.
Here's a little course we cooked up for the last hour of the night. The track owner thought it would be cool to have a little 'grassroots' competition, with trophies awarded at the end, during the last hour of the drift event on the 24th.
The whole night will be practice with no cones untill the last hour. We will have a 'drift licenced' driver judge the event to award trophies at the end. Every body gets two runs, to be judged on then its down to a top 4, then final. Remember this is just for fun, if we have enough drivers we will split it into a beginner, and novice groups, to make people happy. here's a picture I have no more time left, so PM me for details.

Yeah I saw him at the last OSW nights and asked why he wasn't sliding. Kinda funny his car broke down in my home town. Wish I could've shot that event for enjuku
