clutch adjustment.......

So if my clutch is slipping and I want to try to adjust it to grab a little better, which way would I want to turn the clutch rod? In or out?

you would turn it so that the overall length of the rod that goes between the slave clyinder and pedal gets longer - not sure which way that is.
