clutch and syncros

alright i got my clucth yeterday, but when i drop the tranny i also wanna change out the syncros, my ? is this whoe the fug sells them, i tried yahoon google, EBAY!, but nothing, another question can i change the clutch in my driveway or should i brong it to my dads shop where he has a lift, how long would it take if i did it myself considering i knew how to do it it or had sumone help me

Changing the synchros is no cakewalk. Frankly I wouldn't mess with them unless I was feeling extremely ambitious and was doing it on a spare transmission. If your gears are grinding, your best bet would be to either replace the transmission or learn how to double-clutch.
