digital gauge not working

ok when i bought my car the digital speedo didnt work, and it is still not working, at all. the only things that work are my rev, temp and gas and the lil bulbs, but i dont even get the dimmer at night. when it sits for a while in the sun im guessing its the sun, it well work when i drive it, turn my car off and wont work for days again. i have no clue i tried takign the dash apart and try shaking the wires but no luck so i have no clue and would be greatful for ne opinions, thanks

Wassup Duckman,

You have the problem that most guys with digital HUDs have.

I have a write on my replacement here: http://www.importfanatix.com/html/s13_hud_repair.html ]StanBo HUD Install[/URL]

You can also search the site for "digital" or "HUD" and you will come up with the old threads and all of the fixes we have come up with.

Welcome to the coupe crew

Get some contact cleaner and give them a spray. You are lucky if it is just the sensors.
