A couple? I would say just 2 should be enough. I totally forgot about the incline the s14s had and when I cranked the car. Clank..clank..clank..turned off.on again clank clank.. hmm. ahh sensor. Removed it tip got bent, small tic tac piece was missing. Just try 2 washers if no noise your good the CEL shouldn't appear the magnet is pretty strong will pick up the teeth even if its a tad off.

 

Ijust got done with the whole install and I am throwing a CAS code, I used 3 washers, maybe I will take it down to 2. I also cracked the housing on the CAS sensor a little so that might be the reason why I am throwing a code. All in all the car runs pretty strong with my stage 3 clutch and 11 pnd fly wheel and 11 pnd aluminun onepiece driveshaft. I just need to adjust the mastercylinder engaging point to my comfort.
