master/slave cyl' ?
Does anyone know if a siezed master or slave cyl' could be causing my clutch petal to have to stomped on at full force to depress it?

Yes, or the lines need bled due to air in them. Bleed it first, if nothing adjust the pedal, if nothing replace the master, if nothing replace the slave.
