I'd be scared to find out, if you have the parts you'd need to find someone who knows how to do that, and it would take no less than 5 hours to do it all, closer to 10. Best bet would be to find a place that does engine swaps and ask them because they generally have open minds and are creative and have seen more than your local oil change and tire swap garage.

I just recently did this swap, most of it is pretty simple and straight forward. I did call one place and got a quote on the labor, and they said just the labor would cost $900, so I decided to do it myself. If you are prepared for it, its not that hard to do, if you are not prepared, its a nightmare.

There are some complications you will have using an S13 tranny, but it will run. The crankposition sensor on the S14's are located on the top of the bell housing on the tranny, while on the S13 it is located in the dizzy. This won't really bother anything, the CPS just detects a misfire on the S14, but isn't necessary for it to run. And none of the sensor plugs match up...or that I could tell. Also you will have to get a custom driveshaft made, just take the standard yoke and put it on the auto driveshaft, or go find one out of a s14 5spd.

If you need help on it, just PM me and I will explain the swap in more detail.
